Deed - A Quitclaim Deed, a Warranty Deed or a Survivorship Deed will be prepared for you based on your specific circumstance, formatted by the martial status of the parties. Whichever deed you choose based on your own particular needs, you will simply provide to Standard Legal some basic information about the property and Standard Legal's professionals will prepare a fully completed deed. Then, to complete the process, the person selling or transferring the property simply signs the deed where indicated, has it witnessed and notarized, and then provides it to the person taking title to the property and/or file it with the appropriate governmental office. Once filed, ownership and title to the property is transferred. It's that easy!
