We will provide you with a counter offer document, customized with the information concerning the seller and the property being sold, that can be utilized by potential purchases to negotiate the deal. Using this customized document can speed the sale process and can avoid conflicting terms of sale.

Deed - A Quitclaim Deed, a Warranty Deed or a Survivorship Deed will be prepared for you based on your specific circumstance, formatted by the martial status of the parties. Whichever deed you choose based on your own particular needs, you will simply provide to Standard Legal some basic information about the property and Standard Legal's professionals will prepare a fully completed deed. Then, to complete the process, the person selling or transferring the property simply signs the deed where indicated, has it witnessed and notarized, and then provides it to the person taking title to the property and/or file it with the appropriate governmental office. Once filed, ownership and title to the property is transferred. It's that easy!

Lead Disclosure Statement - this document is required to alert the potential buyer to possible lead paint or lead hazards that may exist at the property location. Standard Legal's document preparation professionals will be customize this document with the seller's name, address of the property and other pertinent information supplied by you - and then you can simply insert the appropriate responses to a few simple questions, using the easy to follow instructions. Then, the document is then ready to be provided to the potential purchasers!

Lead-Based Paint Warning Booklet - issued by the U.S. EPA, this booklet must be provided in some transactions.
